Any arbitration award issued by the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the KSBJ Mentoring Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or be forever waived and barred. KSBJ reserves the right to seek an injunction against any user for infringement of KSBJ copyrighted materials and other violations of these Terms of Use.
