What Can Your Station Do Better Than Anyone Else?

Listeners are not looking for radio stations that sound alike. They’re looking for an experience that’s like no other. While you may not YET be the best at what you do, shouldn’t you be working toward that goal? If you concentrate on what you’re passionate about, what drives your mission, and what your listeners have “hired you to do” you’ll become so good at it that nobody will be able to take your place.
